^除砂除泥清洁器：Mud Cleaner
将振动筛，除砂器和除泥器融为一体。钻井液泥浆经过振动筛的处理之后，固体颗粒变小，含量降低，需要对钻井泥浆进行更进一步的净化。钻井泥浆经由供浆泵从沉砂仓泵取到除砂旋流器内，经过旋流器的分离，＞47微米的固体颗粒大部分被喷射出去落到底流筛上，在底流筛上进一步被筛分，排放到罐外，而进入到除砂仓内的泥浆，将再次被除泥器供浆泵输送到除泥旋流器内，此时多数＞15微米的固体颗粒被排出，同样经过底流筛的过滤传送，落到除泥仓内的泥浆固体颗粒大部分都＜15微米，为离心机的进一步处理做了充分的准备。
